Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available and standard return policies will apply.

How To Request Cancellation

• Login to your account and visit the Orders section.
• Select the order you wish to cancel.
• Choose the cancellation option and submit your request.
• You may also contact our support team for assistance.

Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations are processed within 24–48 business hours. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Items must remain unused and returned in their original packaging with all labels and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with relevant details and images for review.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on product availability and eligibility.
